I am using gmt time, and have latest chapter 7.4 scheduled for somewhere around 10pm September 25, but I have changed it to 7am same date to speed up the release, on my dashboard I see it published but I don't see it appearing on the series page, the website homepage or anywhere(only in stats and edit shows it is published). I presume something buggy is going on?
