Implemented Spoiler in comments

I would really like the option to add spoilers to comments. It makes it hard to communicate with readers when I can't hide spoilers.



It also would be nice to be able to mark user comments as spoilers too.

Okay, the feature is live:

As an author, you can mark any comments for your story as spoilers. As a user, you can also do the same but only for your own comments.

It was bugged but it's fixed now. You should be able to mark reply comments as spoilers now.
