The protagonist's death started a chain of events around the people they left behind. Being dead, the protagonist doesn't know and can't do anything about it. They're just a corpse who tells no tales. Something like Now That I’m Dead, are you Satisfied? But longer.

This is rather pointless, this way he isn't protagonist but plot device. At best case it is unique point of view and at worst it will turn into endless ammounts of flashbacks.

The story focuses on what happens to MC's friends and enemies after their death. The MC doesn't get reincarnated and stays death.
