Trending Algorithm

What are the things that should be met in order to make it to the trending? For example:

• How many views?
• Duration? Timeframe to generate the trending?
• Is it hourly or daily trending? Something else?

What is the basis of the rankings right now?

We seriously need to make these FAQs easier to find. And people gotta stop being such lazy cunts and take the five minutes to find the several other threads talking about the same thing.

Personally, it is a little irritating to see the exact same question posted numerous times in the same forums, and it being answered everytime, but people keep coming and asking the same thing over and over again. I get where cupcakeninja is coming from.

Oh and fun fact now though, Tony thought that people were abusing the trending algorithm, so he changed it and refuses to tell anyone.
