TL/DR: There isn't any form of notification from Scribble Hub when a chapter is posted below pre-existing ones.
I'm not sure whether this is a bug or not since I think an argument can be made both ways about this.
So sometimes when I post a chapter I try to order them better, like, putting one chapter before another or reorganizing them to better match the timing of the perspectives. However, when I post a new chapter, schedule it to be posted later, and then reorganize it below a pre-existing chapter there isn't any notification that a chapter has been posted.
On the actual story page it might say that the newest chapter was posted a few minutes ago, but it doesn't actually notify anyone. I couldn't even find a new chapter update in the Latest Updates list.
I tested it about a day ago when I added a prologue to my story, with several chapters ahead of it, and basically no one saw it yet. It's just me, and this one wandering soul.
