Resolved Weird Trending Interaction w/ Release Filtering

So I tend to filter out harem and bl and depending what I filter, the list changes. As it should. But this time it really bugged out.

No Filter
Harem Filter Only
BL Filter Only
Both Harem and BL Filter

So somehow, disabling the filters kick Yorth's novel from #2/3 to off the list completely, which makes sense, since Yorth's novel is #23.
However, the only way this makes sense is if #2 all to way to #22 are ALL harem/BL novels, which is not true (my novel is neither). So this means trending is bugged, or the Rising list was not updated even like... 9 hours into reset.

I actually think the Rising list was bugged since Yorth's stats on the day that trending was calculated for today was pretty nuts, like +1.7k views, big burst of readers, comments, favorites, etc.
