Races that are not called human/humanity?
*badums*
I’m not taking this into the literal seance. I’m trying to put it like if you swapped the race of the current character would they preform an task differently?

When I read the thread's title, I felt like him and replying "your mom" and leaving... But then I saw that it was a serious question, so it didn't feel right to give a joke answer like that... *pouts*

So, well, on-topic... I guess people will use non-human for anything that isn't strictly a human. I understand you might disagree with it, but it's not something you can do anything about, since... Well, being almost the same as a human isn't the same as being a human after all.

Also, authors in general should try to put as many tags as they can in their novel in order to get more chances of obtaining readers, so you can't really blame them for that.
