what is the best time to upload

You write how you want to write. Long chapters or not, if it's entertaining and can sweep your readers away into your world that you have created then they will read it no matter how long it is. Good writing leads to views. You shouldn't alter how you write unless there is a fundamental problem with it. Don't write for the views, write for yourselves.

Uhhh, I upload a new chapter every 2 weeks on weekends morning and I'd usually get 5-10 reviews in under an hour. Friday nights also help too.

I never think about it too deeply but I guess people just spend more time reading on break
