I've been senile since I graduated school.

I've had no chance to experience life after I turned ~12yo and was forced to be introspective about myself. Since then I've been too busy with growing up mentally and finding my own identity.

So I say that mentally my age range is around watching Cocomelon, and will pass that point when I finally come out of this broken shell and become excited after every little new thing I find outside.
