Why do you write?

it started as a joke, now I'm stuck.

Why do you wake up one day and decide to give writing a go? I mean, why do you pick up your writing implements (whatever that is), and say "It's time to write"?
Why do you even continue to write despite it crippling? Sincerely, why?

Because I enjoy it.because I have say over the events which take place, the times I work on it, and because I have the perception that my work has impact.

I pretty much live in my head, so that's like asking why do you go outside? Because that's where all the stuff is.

Boredom. Then one day, I tried writing because why not, despite not knowing how to write.
