Yakult is a scam!

So, a little disclaimer, here, you can buy yogurt for like...1 kilogram per USD. 1 kilogram is like....almost 1 pound. I don't know.




So, Yakult, describes itself as a probiotic immunity booster drink which improves digestion.

That sounds like yogurt, I always thought.


B-but...take a look at their advertising! They have banners! And adverts! And shelves filled with hundreds of bottle of Yakult.
Plus, they never say what is it, other than a probiotic drink.

Also, it costs a dollar, just for one bottle, which is like 50 milligrams. Which


So, like, there was always this suspicion in my mind, this crawling doubt that perhaps it is something else than plain yogurt.

So, I spent that dollar, on buying that measly bottle.

And inside!
I find not yogurt!
But instead!
It had!
Yogurt which was diluted to oblivion!

That thing was plain water!

I do too. I used to drink about two a day, but stopped recently since I got coughs.

Yakult is pretty sour, too. At least the red one is.

Yeah, and like I said, it's pointless if you're healthy. And when you're not, it's good to know about.

I had to take probiotics after learning that I'm gluten intolerant and was having my intestinal lining peel out. Apparently you lose a lot of gut Flora when that happens. And mom had to go on probiotics for a bit after recovering from surgery.

Eh i couldn't really get with the taste of yakult when i tried it. Fortunately the bottles are small, I can go through them in an instant.
