I've read that so many times in hentai, and to this day I still have no clue whats going through the author's mind when writing that. Like, I can suspend my disbelief for a lot of things, but that specific thing just makes me wonder how that would even work.
I think it has a lot to do with the fragility of the target audience and the stupid as hell concept of "tightness" that went as far as spawning medical horrors like the
husband stich.
If it's shaped like the man, it's claimed by the man, and of course because 90% of a woman in some people's worlds is just her vagina, it means that the man practically owns the woman and no one else can ever sleep with her because his key is now the only match for her lock.

I understand that the power of objectification can be a turn on, but when you stretch it that far it only makes people who've actually done the deed, or are not entranced enough by whatever visual/sensory spectacle is going on to not think about the mechanics of what they just read (spontaneous lactationgasms anyone?) totally lose their investment in the scene.
Of course there could be some word connotations and social mores that work better in Japanese than English that makes this less repugnant than it sounds and given that the visual spectacle is better and the expected quality for manga/hentai dialogue are leagues below expectations for novels, it tends to work better there, or at least it's more forgivable.
