You can't. It is inevitable. Jokes aside, disconnect your internet, close your door, sit down and write. If your computer is still distracting you, get a notebook and a pen and write somewhere isolated. Or put music, that helps sometimes.

Have you tried control net with Stable Diffusion? It lets you use a image reference for the pose, which lets you create some nice images.

Id say create your commission page on your platform of choice and put examples of your work. Make sure ppl know what they are ordering before they do. Can't complain about it if they saw examples and still wanted your drawings. Cheers and keep up!
