pan fried some radishes and shiitake mushrooms, the radish texture is still kind of like a potato but the shiitake was pretty good

tried a (raw) raddish for the first time today, the texture was somewhere between a raw potato and an apple and the taste was like an uncooked mushroom with a mildly spicy aftertaste
