1500 words is the average you should aim for as a new author. There are many readers who will rather skim through the chapter just because it's long. Only make your chapters longer than 2500 words if there are very important plotpoints and scenes. Other than that you can split chapters however...

Only post a review when you are able to determine the pace of the story, the relationships between characters, how characters grow(if any growth happens at all), how the MC changes after experiencing a lot of the things that happened, etc...

Use I when it's your main character's monologue and use third person when someone is talking about your MC and mentioning his name and/or actions. If your MC is a person who was transmigrated into another person then it's not necessary to change anything in your story.
What perspective are you using? Mentioning "I" all the time is generally associated with first person perspective so there's nothing wrong with that. You should read other stories(both third and first person) to see how the authors write out their stories using perspective.
