Ha! I can go on and on about the ugly aspects of Filipino culture, but it's New Years today, so I'm just chilling.
In any case, if you can't take their noise anymore, we have an ordinance in our province where it is forbidden for videoke from 8 pm onwards. (Even holidays, like today)
