Yeah that's what it was for me. I was 37 and had a 97% blockage in one of the three main arteries that feed my heart. The doctor told me that if I had gone to bed instead of going to the ER I wouldn't have woken up.

This is why I workout, to reduce my chances

Working out helps but getting checked regularly is the best bet.
