I think you'll get the like back 24 hours after you used it. So if you liked something at 4PM yesterday, you'll get it back at 4PM tomorrow. I honestly don't know though but that's what I heard people say. I've personally never reached the like limit myself.

Also, if you're always reaching the like limit then you are being too nice. Maybe it's time to be more hateful?
