Probably an adaption time, and lot of care you don't heal your own flesh on them. And some the easy healing methods for yourself wouldnt work on em

Like the cells have to grow in, and from there it would be a more scaffolding method. Instead of the fleshgoop, then covert into Vigor to heal. Or no need for a adaption time.

This makes more sense and would allow for more cooler interactions. Were a Physique healer would use fleshgoop, and use it to seal a wound for a frontlierer. Or a healer saving a limb by cutting off the rotting one, and seal the wound with fleshgoop. And slowly sue healing for the fleshgoop to be adapted to them, then heal it.

While someone using it normally could just lose a arm, use fleshgoop to make a scaffold then rapidly heal it back up

like yours to mine. someone cells will just fill in the fleshgoops place, and they can affectingly alter.

you can just have you cells fill in the fleshgoop and heal, making it into real flesh. Someone else have to have filled it partially before Vigor

just takes some time for the body to except the foriegn stuff so it can use it

This restriction would go down as one got more skill with interacting with bodies outside of there own, and inducing the healing process and reducing the 'adaption' phase by alot. So big daddy Physique can reconstitute a body from a chunk of flesh. With minor tweaks because he is using himself as the dna source. And using nutrient rich salve or liquid to fuel the growth of cells.
