I mean, there was already that case a few years ago where a real life yandere woman, who killed a man she had been stalking because he was dating someone else and didn't even know about her, got arrested and there was an actual group of Americans and the like who tried to raise money to bail her out simply because she was a yandere and they thought that was hot.
