I guess it is functional, but definitely not aesthetic enough. The background is tiring for the eyes. I'd prefer if you have some mild-colored background and a few pictures here and there, or at least a picture that is not as colorful and crowded. For example, you can choose something that gives relaxing vibes, or a mysterious mostly dark ancient library with candlesticks on the walls.

The text looks like it is just put over the picture. Would have been way better if you can integrate it and make it look like one whole. For example, where you explain about your site, you can make it a bit comic-like. Get a rendered drawing of a chibi human in a thinking pose and make a text bubble. Where you post your novel links you can hide them behind icons of scrolls and books.

Each box that gives one of your works is the same size. This means that the Life of A Wizard has a bunch of empty space. Fill it up with an image or something.

Also, squeeze the words a bit thinner. Right now, they are going right up against the edge of their boxes.
