What's Your Favorite Literature and Why?

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas. It’s just simply such an incredible story from beginning to end. Decided to read it before watching Gankutsuo and it ruined any enjoyment in watching the anime for me. It’s like watching Fate/Zero and then moving on to Deen’s Fate/StayNight.

Do you enjoy long books or short ones?

I think page count is less important than word count. The Count of Monte Cristo only has like 1200 pages yet it takes like 20 hours to read. And length of a book doesn’t really matter so long as it’s good. But a longer book will take more effort to start since it’s a longer time commitment.

I don’t really feel comfortable doing writing prompts either, I just don’t get much inspiration writing about something that I don’t really care about.

To all those authors who can write a chapter a day. I salute you.

It’s more about having a certain route planned out, and then thinking about the events you want to transpire in between. I’ll think about my story when I have nothing to do or at the gym, and then once I have an idea of what I want to do I’ll start writing. I end up using my phone to write...

I got tired of overpowered characters and wanted to watch someone struggle for a long time.

For the authors who introduce their characters, why you do that?

Because she died and was reincarnated to another world. Had to do a quick description about them, since it's hard to intuit much about a person when they appear in the middle of nowhere.
