This morning I noticed that I couldn't edit any of my comments that I had left on various novels.

If your skill is in writing novellas, why not try to writing a quick transmigration story? Each world can be it's own novella, just they are all linked together as in big story. Also, by changing worlds, hopefully it could be less boring!

Stories can appear promising, but writing them is hard. I would assume that those authors had initial ideas that drove them to write, but then didn't have enough ideas of how to actually continue it--that, and/or life probably got in the way, and then they lost the initial spark for that story...

This is why when I started posting my new story, I had a big enough backlog that I could do an initial fast release (reaching about 8 chapters) before slowing down to a pace that I could actually manage! Agree with this! If I were you, I would figure out just how many chapters I can...

I agree with a lot of the above sentiments, the 10 chapters is not much. Not much at all. Some readers don't even click when they see a short, just started-out story because they have no guarantee that you're going to finish it. Readers take time to trickle in. Maybe only one or two readers per...

OHHH AO3 user too! Yesss I love that AO3 sends me emails....But the bookmark system on SH (and NU) is also really good IMO and something that AO3 kind of misses (aka you can bookmark but you have to edit your bookmark as you finish reading). I sort of wish there was at least an rss option, so...
