Another Isekai novel feedback

Hey! I hope I am not breaking any rules by posting here here. I am new here so I don't know much.
Anyways so I wrote this isekai story and it's called " Will the worthless salaryman find his worth in another world?"
It's a Japanese style isekai novel and the MC is smart.
Currently 18 chapters are out. So if anybody could maybe check it out and give me some tips, especially about writing style and ease of reading, that would be very helpful

So I read the first chapter. Its okay but I think itd a little too heavy on the predictability. It's like 1:1 of the show I remember called over cautious hero. I mean the similaries of the plot itself. Not the characters.

The title of the novel could be better..

As for writing I think its okay...
