I also did add music links for one or two of my fictions on RoyalRoad (at least 1 I intend to bring over here because intending to go deeep mature themes, RR policies kinda say no to human+monster preg).
The basics of it end up being, in the author's chapter notes I'd include youtube links for interested readers to listen. None of the readers ever gave feedback on if it was worth it to them so I stopped altogether.
... but it was a fun activity, listening to and selecting musical themes for key scenes....
