I was reading a book (I think on this website) a while ago which I was quite enjoying, but I can’t find it now…
My memory says the title was something along the lines of “reincarnated as a little demon in another world”, I think, but I must have gotten part of that very wrong since it just doesn’t show up anywhere.
The first arc of the story was a big water-themed dungeon, with a quest line related to a “water knot”, and another related to a ghost king… There was a massive battlefield with giant tortoises, lizardfolk and giant cockroaches… Plus there was like, an outlaw-ish Baron guy who was directing a robot army to exploit the dungeon for resources and had a (supposed) hatred for the MC because of their species. The MC was a stealthy, dark magic-ey type… Started off as a “gray demon”, then I think they evolved into a spider, and then an Oni Princess? Oh yeah, they made their own race in the first few chapters and were looking to work their way towards that.
I would really, really appreciate some help finding this… Thanks.
