Help an author cannot publish a chapter and cannot create a forum post.
A new author named ¨Scorpian¨ in his book ¨Tales of a Novice Dungeon Master¨, can't publish a chapter and can't create a forum post, I know because he just sends a chapter in his book, in the last ad it says Since you can't, see if someone can help you.
