I need help

I wrote a review on a story and I told the author on his discord server but he told me he didn't see it, so I logged out of my account and went to see the notice that I had posted but I did not see it too. Basically I only see the notice when I'm logged into my account but the others don't see it, does anyone know why and have a way to fix it?

It has to be approved by the admin first, iirc.

It needs authorisation first. (I think). It takes time, I learned it after writing reviews. Sometime it takes few hours for it to appear, sometimes it takes 10+

So don't worry. You are seeing it and can edit it, but until it is reviewed and given a green light it will stay in limbo.
