Resolved Links from another user's reading list dont link properly to the stories

when going through a user's reading list if you click on the title of the stories it doesnt link to the story itself but appends the title to the profile link of the user. it works fine if you click on a chapter link instead.

As you can see here the link for "A Family of Witches" should be https://www.scribblehub.com/series/304743/a-family-of-witches/ but instead it links to the profile of the user's reading list i was browsing with the title of the story appended to it. Clicking on it leads to the chirivulpes' profile instead of a family of witches.

Im on firefox on a win10 pc if that helps.
