I've read Saving 40,000 gold coins in another world.

Anything similar? Ideally I would like something a little more mature and not so much slice-of-life.

There's a couple with worldhopping to post apocalyptic worlds and trading necessities for valuables considered useless but the ones in this site are mostly smut. The others I found translated in novelupdates that isn't slice of life is mostly r18 too now that I think about it.

Most novels related to merchants, including isekai ones, are slice-of-life by nature since that is their natural genre. 40k coins is odd because it tried to combine a different genre while still doing merchant stuff, similar to I shall survive using potions, which breaks the flow of the work.
