Recommendations Romance with a specific 'type' of love interest

So looking for a webnovel with romance in it (this can be either M/F or F/F) but I want the love interest to be a doting/onee-san type. I don't think I have ever read something where this type of character becomes the protagonists girl friend so I wanna read one, also two other important things is that:
1) No late romance
2) The story can't be dropped or on an indefinite hiatus

Romance doesn't need to be the main focus however, it needs to be quite important or come up a lot during the story
