Forgotten Title Vampire story

Hey! I'm looking for the name of a story that went kinda like this:

Some guy wakes up in the body of a vampire, inside of a sarcophagus. His body has slept for a very long time (was a notable vampire in the past). Finds a city in the middle of a cursed forest. It has a kind of city-building system, linked to that city specifically. At some point he takes in a group of humans. He ends up going to war with other countries.

I read it maybe 1-2 years ago

I just found it again today, while going over all stories in RR with 700 pages or more. Turns out it's not on SH.

It's "Abominable King". First chapter five years ago, last one (hiatus) eight months ago.
