Whats this manga?

I remember this one where there's a vampire king searching for the vampire Queen's sealed tomb to bring her back. But there was a vampire hunter where every time they die there next incarnation gets stronger. Well it turns out that the vampire king actually hates the queen and wants to find her too kill her. Don't remember how but the Vampire king somehow gets in contact with some government that explains Aliens are sending messages to earth saying they will blast earth with meteors unless there's a global war with the aliens geting half of earth afterwards. The governments plan is to revive or unseal the vampire queen send her to the aliens ship and have her destroy it/them.
