Well, yea, it's not like anybody knows for sure. You're a reactionary atheist then.
Not a true one.

Only a true atheist will fully make a claim that there is no higher power.Well, yea, it's not like anybody knows for sure.
I think the eye witnesses knew.Well, yea, it's not like anybody knows for sure.
Eye witness testimony means little. People have said they saw all sorts of stuff.I think the eye witnesses knew.
Good luck believing anything from anyone, then.Eye witness testimony means little. People have said they saw all sorts of stuff.
Technically not a true Atheist but a Gnostic Atheist. A regular atheist would be anyone that doesn't believe god exists. Being a gnostic one would be claiming you knew god didn't exist.Only a true atheist will fully make a claim that there is no higher power.
This is the exact reason I usually stay out of these discussions.Good luck believing anything from anyone, then.
Because you don't believe anyone or because of the response to that? This is the exact reason I usually stay out of these discussions.
If I ever see a real vampire, I wouldn’t tell anyone because no one would believe me.Eye witness testimony means little. People have said they saw all sorts of stuff.
The response. It's also why I think debating is silly.Because you don't believe anyone or because of the response to that?
Well, if that's the stance you take you aren't participating in debate, you aren't putting forth your own ideas. Only denial in others. The response. It's also why I think debating is silly.
No one has proof of anything. It’s mostly anecdotal. The response. It's also why I think debating is silly.
Debates are dependent on commonality along with facts and evidence. A philosophical debate often goes nowhere because it’s based on the intangible.Well, if that's the stance you take you aren't participating in debate, you aren't putting forth your own ideas. Only denial in others.

Anon?
I see this as a weaker argument against public proselytizing, If we were to follow this then we could never do this publicly since there are always people who don't want to hear it. But I am learning. It's more along the lines of, 'as long as you're not hurting anyone else, stay in your lane and be fine with it.' Other than that, I don't see the point in trying to get someone else to think like you do. I get that a lot of 'christians' do that, but the Bible is clear on this too.
Matthew 10:14-16 - And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
So yeah, that's kind of a diss lol, but it's not meant to be since you don't believe in a day of judgement anyway. Still, Christians shouldn't try to force those who don't want to hear it, to hear it, I agree with that.
A atheist is someone who doesn't believe in a god, but that's too a form of atheism.Only a true atheist will fully make a claim that there is no higher power.
Nothing to do with what you’re saying. There is a difference between debating and encouraging.I see this as a weaker argument against public proselytizing, If we were to follow this then we could never do this publicly since there are always people who don't want to hear it. But I am learning.
These verses I am considering recently: Proverbs 9:7-9 , Proverbs 26:11, or Matthew 7:6, peter 3:15-16
It's because it's exhausting, and no one listens to each other anyway. Why do you think most of my responses in the forums are short?Well, if that's the stance you take you aren't participating in debate, you aren't putting forth your own ideas. Only denial in others.
Become a believer of touhoism, we have vampiresWell, I was more agnostic, but Christians make me more atheistic, I guess. It's just preachy stuff that turns me off of it so hard. It's like Story_Marc just said in his video: preaching only works for those who already believe what you say.
