I don't think he was banned solely for the content, but more likely for the mass low-effort spamming of it.

This site promotes child pornography and he was fighting against that.

Most of the trending stories here do support CP in some way with the loli stuff. Sometimes it's just that the characters are literally underaged.

The purpose is usually to play against less skilled opponents who will under-estimate the 'smurf'.
