Similar to C_P_Tuck's request, I need character designs because I am lazy and need ideas quick so I can write something. In specific, I need guildmaster characters for a conference sequence section. They dont have to be leaders, (weird guildmasters ftw), but they can't have no positive qualities at all. Feel free to give appearance, personality, and any other features you feel might be important.

The ones that I pick will be in the prologue of my story, but I may bring back the ones I like the most in later chapters. Thanks

Elenore - (optional vampire) She is a lazy one. Only waiting for the meeting to be over. She annoyingly props her feet up on chair arms or the table. Human interaction gives her a headache. But she is able to sleep through most of them.

Only chosen to be guild master because she is strong with magic. Hates fighting people or monsters, so she thought being a guild master would be an easy desk job.

Mommy mummy. A muscular voluptious woman who is completely covered with bandages like a mummy, dressed like a pirate captain and only speaks through short written notes.

A guildmaster girl who fits all the chuuni traits (eyepatch, right arm bandage, left eye hurting, dark clothes)

Except, she's not actually chuuni, the eyepatch is to hide a missing eye and the bandage is to cover up a rash she got from scratching an itch too much. She's plagued by constant pain that always flares up in her eye and hands, and applying pressure on the location eases it.

(Optional detail)Her guild is full of trolls who tricked her into dressing like an edge lord

A talking bear as a guildmaster who got through life, telling everyone he is a druid who feels comfortable only when in his bear form.

But he was no druid nor a human, just a bear who learned to talk and walk on its hind legs.

Too many women. Let's say we have John Doe, an everyman-looking guy, whose ordinariness (that a word?) is constantly highlighted. "John completely normally licked his eyeball to moisturise it" "There was something weird about Jo- what was I talking about? Ah, yes, I passed by the completely and utterly ordinary John to do my business"

Interesting, can try to work with this

A man, around 40 years old at first glance, with short, messy black hair. Has dark circles under his eyes almost all the time. Not very sociable, usually speaks in short sentences, but can get really wordy when talking about various sociological, philosophical, existential topics. He prioritizes guild matters and has strong opinions about human selfishness and greed, and it wasn't as bad as when he started out. His morals, because of that, can be questionable at times, but he adheres to strict principles.

He isn't very powerful at first glance, but his magic is extremely versatile and he's always calm in battle and utilizes unusual, tricky strategies to defeat his opponents. He claims that one can only achieve true strength through knowledge, mastery of everything, and as great versatility as possible - also why he keeps training his body, magic, and mind.

*the general idea is a person with great ambitions who was disillusioned by reality and tries to improve it ever so slightly with his own hands.

I don't know why I'm putting so much effort into this request. I guess I just like you.

Name: Matsuri Jorhan "One-Arm"

Age: 38 years

Physical Appearance:
Matsuri is a tall man, standing at about 187 cm, with shoulder-length dark brown hair that approaches the hue of wine under certain lights.
His hair is beginning to gray due to stress, with numerous white strands visible. His brown eyes convey a depth born from experience and pain. His face is framed by an unkempt beard, and he always has a cigarette in his mouth, which seems almost like an extension of his being.

He is missing his left arm, a permanent reminder of the dungeon expedition that deeply scarred him, indeed being the sole survivor.
His clothing, mainly consisting of a wrinkled shirt and worn pants, reflects his life working at the fish market and his neglected approach to personal care.

Personality: Despite his unkempt appearance and tough life, Matsuri is an extremely easygoing and approachable person. However, beneath this facade, he hides deep traumas that he relives through nightly nightmares. He easily loses himself in his thoughts, retreating into an inner world marked by pain and suffering. Despite this, he offers wise advice disguised as small talk or proverbs, showing wisdom gained through his experiences.

Hobbies and Interests: Matsuri loves the sea and spends a lot of time fishing alone, a moment in which he finds peace and reflection. His favorite drink is a mix of soju and beer, a beverage that accompanies him on his more meditative evenings.
He loves watching moths flutter against the streetlights, finding in this spectacle a metaphor for his own existence.

Physical Condition and Habits: Suffering from asthma, Jorhan never parts with his portable respirator, a tangible sign of his vulnerabilities. He smokes too much, a vice that accompanies him in daily life and reflects his negligent attitude towards health.

Relationships and Feelings: Matsuri has unrequited feelings for his secretary, who is much younger than him (she is 20 years old), but he considers it inappropriate to act on these feelings, given the age difference.

Role in the Guild: As the master of an unusual guild, Jorhan brings with him the experience of someone who has overcome unimaginable trials. His leadership is based not so much on authority as on wisdom and the ability to guide others through the example of resilience and inner strength. Despite his unconventional qualities and flaws, he is respected and loved by guild members, who see in him a wise and charismatic figure.

Based one of those guildmasters off of Makarov from Fairy Tail because short old man make good guildmasters :blob_sir: Maybe quirk it up by making your GM someone that cares vehemently about his own height, has flying ability like the old man Onoki from Naruto, and maybe he has a granddaughter fetish, and his granddaughter is in MC party, some other popular player, or a quiet player focused on life skills? :blob_hide:

Ask not what you want, Ask what you need...

And what you need is a revisit to your end goal.

Where does this guild master's scene end at? Is the guild one of the biggest? Is it mid or small? Does it have unique history to it? How do you want this to relate to your mc?

Right now your scope is just guildmaster with grey morality and with or without good leadership, which is not a lot to make a character that isn't gonna be the mc.

I can come up with things but it might not suit your story.

Anyhow here it goes,

Reinhardt Floyd, the great swordsman turned guildmaster for the Aegis Guild. He is every bit the ideal hero in the looks, with his tall stature and broad shoulders. A loom of blonde hair flowing down till his waist, smoother and shiner then the richest cashmere. Maidens from young and old are smitten to his angelic deep voice.

Yet, our hero Reinhardt has a side that is unbeknownst to but a few. Born in House Floyd he is a true blue noble, cradled in golden silks, adorned and pampered like a prince he is. Used to having everything done for him, Reinhardt grew up to be a pedantic prince. Under all those accolades of learning under the greatest of masters and slaying the most vicious monsters, he really was just a lazy, sycophantic fool who could never hunt a fowl if his life depended on it.

The House of Floyd is the backbone of Aegis Guild, His father Tyrone Floyd the legendary Mythril class adventurer made the guild what it is today. After his retirement, Reinhardt was made the guild master as a figurehead with the power really lying in the hands of the Vice-guild master Cyrill Xerz a veteran who had once fought alongside Tyrone and a Mythril class adventurer himself.

The monsters that Reinhardt is hailed for slaying were infact the works of Cyrill.

if you're still looking, may I introduce:
pixai-1654024397315027893-1.png

Lilian. She is a small but agile girl. She herself has no personality to speak of, but she always reflects the utmost extreme version of the personality of whoever is in nearest physical distance to her. The reason? The headband she wears. She likes the style and doesn't notice anything odd about herself.

Please note, she retains her own thoughts and will and desire. If she's fighting a bad guy, she is still good. She just is less... restrained. She's more of an Anti-Hero in such cases.

Add a completely (actually) normal person who for some inexplicable reasons is afraid of John Doe. Like, his name is Danny Joe, he's good at paperwork and negotiation with local merchants, he is not excellent but does get his job done. Saves up for retirement, loves fishing and reading cheap romance novels, secretely a demonic cultist, is married, has three kids and his wife is expecting a fourth, makes the best pasta you'll ever taste. You know, the usual.

Jann Dirksen, guild master of the cobblers guild. It doesn’t matter if these are supposed to be adventurers guilds, he insisted on being here anyway. He’s a high strung, reedy looking man with a shrill voice and eyes that look slightly too big for his face. He is always dressed fashionably, but cares more about looking rich than looking good.

Jann has risen meteorically among the cobblers guild due to his cutthroat business practices. He insists on every shoe in the region being stamped with the crest of the cobblers guild, and unsanctioned shoes and cobblers often end up stolen or dead (respectively).

He has been making waves by expanding the definition of shoes to include any kind of footwear, from slippers to sabatons, and if magic items are a thing then he’s looking into specialist wizards that only enchant shoes so he can corner that market too.

It is believed that he has spies gathering blackmail for many other movers and shakers, and has several criminal and corrupt side gigs. Of course, his standards are sky high and guild standard shoes are of unparalleled quality. Even the poor can afford reasonable footwear through their community outreach. If the Cobbler’s Guild didn’t do their job so well under his leadership, no one would put up with him.
