A pancake?

Initially I used to thought it was a backpack and got really confused when people would eat it

It's something made with rolled oats, butter and golden syrup.
What TH said was the American flapjack.
I was talking about the British flapjack.

Google is American, so that's understandable.

I love raisins, so I guess I won't decline them.

Plain flapjacks don't have raisins.
They're an extra ingredient.
