I understand. For some relief, buy a back brace with a heating/cooling pad and maybe some pain relief patches. They'll help a lot. Also, look into getting a better pillow. The position of your neck can greatly affect your back

Also, if you do get a heating/cooling pack you'll be able to learn whether it's related to your nerves or swelling due to being out of place. if the heating feels better then it's swelling while if the cooling feels better then it's a nerve problem.
