With how small her hand is and the poor grip combined, it will probably fly back behind her in an upward motion. Possibly misfiring upon hitting the ground. However, the angle she's holding it at may just kick the stationary sights into her eye.

Also her finger is on the trigger when she probably isn't even ready to fire.

I just realized that she has no eye or ear protection so that muzzle flash and .38 caliber sound is gonna be a bitch.
