I just need to be able to talk through my problems aloud or with another person but it's difficult when you don't have a person you can talk to around and it's often looked down upon to talk to yourself. I've met a few people with similar issues but they can afford therapy, unlike myself. However, I also have a long-standing disposition towards therapy for personal reasons.
I talk to myself sometimes, and I feel no shame. I used to when I was younger, and people pointed it out. I talk to myself because sometimes I need an expert's opinion.
