The torch means "flashlight", yes?

I once heard it in Peppa Pig and thought that it was weird to use such a medieval apparatus in modern times... But then Mommy Pig whipped out a normal flashlight and I understood.



But I still find it so amusing every time I hear it ^^.

On the same note, I almost typed "Mommy Pig whipped out a fleshlight" and just...

I think it's a British thing to call them torches, and an American one to call them flashlights.

I was under the impression it was a play on words, since it disguises itself as a flashlight, and pretends to be some fleshy thingy for pleasure
