Each poster can say up to three numbers each post, the person to reach 21 has to say either "Truth", or "Dare", and then someone gives them either a truth or dare.
ex:
Person 1: 1 2 3
Person 2: 4
Person 3: 5 6

.
Person X: 21 dare
Random: Say you love cats as your status

Additional info:
Only the person that chooses truth or dare in the thread can be made to do either of the actions (i.e you can't dare/truth someone outside of this thread).
