Forgotten Title A specific Villainess story

I can't seem to find It anymore, but I do remember quite a bit of It. The protagonist name was Charlotte and the setting involved transmigration and also Time Travel latter in the story. I also remember that she transmigrated for about 99 lives before finally reincarnating back again to her first life, the male lead was also someone who was in a similar situation to her and he followed her through all her lives and ended up reincarnating alongside her in her 100th life. There are also some minor things that I remember, like her mother having a flower garden which the protagonist valued quite a bit because It was one of the last things she had of her mother after she died. The protagonist was also neglected, although I don't remember the context, though it had something to do with her first life.
