Say, you offer 10 advanced chapters for a tier, and you update three chapters a week, does that mean every time a new chapter releases as per schedule, you need to add one more advanced chapter on Patreon? Or do you do it monthly?

I offer the option to read ahead 1 week of what is available on SH Meaning if you sign up to my patron you have 5 chapters to read ahead.

My release schedule is Monday-Friday. In essence my Patreon’s Monday chapter is next week’s SH chapter.

If your patreon says 10 in advance, you maintain 10 in advance.

If you publish 1, you add 1 to the patreon to replace it. So your patreon should always be 10 chapters ahead of any public publishing locations.

Aa ppl said above. You can also settle for some non-standard approach like "at least 10 chapter ahead on Patreon" or "up to 18 chapters ahead on Patreon", which are exactly what they sound like. You can get pretty creative as long as it true and it's not too much of a stretch.
