I think so far most people have written it so that they're a "member" of the pirates, but they don't necessarily travel or sail on a ship with them

I didn't know i wasn't suppose to i misintercept the term relay and outpost and i thought the horse could be sold ill redo it

well... make a new report? It's not like failure is that bad. Use the failure as an opportunity for your character to learn.

don't know how I want to proceed in term of story. It's not like there's a D-rank region.

I'll probably help anyone who'll develop a new region for now. Otherwise, I'll focus on the charmer group.

Tempted to do so myself, but no idea how one goe's about doing that, or even what location to place such a thing. good luck on your charmers, as doubt ill get one set up, at least in the very soon future.

Well... all of the pirates I wrote is based on item world pirates?

Oh, I honestly never paid much attention to the item world pirates because I just considered them free fodder... >.>

I mean, the only one I remember is from Disgaea 3 that was a sole pirate on top of Goku's flying cloud... That one was funny because it had crazy stats for a pirate~

Do people feel like there needs to be more quests?

Is there anyone interested in taking lead on making more guild quests? I'm totally open to sharing the GM account with more individuals!

Well, I think it's nice to have more quests as more regions are developed, but I think the number is fine for Scribel~

Well, deleting at the desk is fine, but doing it at the Quest Board OTOH messes things badly... >.>
