The way I imagine it is there is more than one sewer entrance.
Most likely one for each part/district of the city:
North, South, West and East?

At the rate it's going, the danger level is increasing too rapidly with little progress in actually stopping the raid being shown.

Nope! I'm generally not involving myself in events. If someone wants to take the initiative to lead it, anyone can take that role. Unlike the previous versions of AG, I don't really see it as the staff's role to plan or run events.
