Resolved Advertisement on tablet

I usually use a tablet to read on this site. Now I've checked with an Acer and a Trekstore tablet that the upper advertisement on each chapter somehow drifts to the right. This leads to an expanded empty grey space to the right that makes that while scrolling down you often have to readjust to get back to the text.
It's no major issue and just limited to tablets it seems but slightly annoying.
