Chapter not showing up in Latest Chapters

I waited for 17 minutes but its yet to appear. I first upload it as scheduled, but it didn't upload the chapter despite Schedule time passing, so I deleted it and made a new chapter and directly published but now it doesn't show in latest chapters.

It doesn't show now because you deleted and republished it.
That triggers a sort of "anti-cheat" mechanism for the main page.
