Death Game with a catch...

Each character involved has access to their own unique powers/abilities to fight with and in order to win and survive the death game these characters have to make use of those powers...

The catch is...

Those powers can only be fueled by each respective character's traumas or irrational fears. (IE a character with claustrophobia possesses the power to close off opponents inside of dark spaces created by their ability)
