Resolved Error with my email id

I forgot my password for my id immortal1daoist of Scribble hub.So I tried forgot password which asked email id. I gave my email id but it says it is not in the database.
I tried all my email ids but still it didn't work.Can somebody solve this bug

I am only able to use this id for Scribble Hub forum but scribble hub i can't login
